Important information for booking an appointment:
We require a minimum 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet's appointment otherwise you are subject to a rebooking fee which will be half the cost of your missed appointment. (This also applies to no show appointments). 
The reason for the rebooking fee is that missed appointments or 'last minute' cancellations cause us to lose income in three ways:
1) We lose the income from the appointment we were holding for you.
2)  We lose income paying an assistant to sit and do nothing until our next appointment arrives.
3) We miss out on booking in another client who maybe desperate to "get in today" because we assume you are showing up. 
**Rebooking fees do not apply to 'nail trim only' appointments..
At present we can only do so many dogs in one day while still maintaining our quality of work.  For that reason we recommend booking several weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
